A/W Accessories Wishlist

Accessories are that category that aren’t essentials, but when you see something you love, you need it! Scarves, jewellery, you name it I’ve got it in this wish list. There’s a common colour scheme of blush/rose gold running throughout and this is simply because I am freaking obsessed!

I am in love, and I mean in love, with this beautiful Ted Baker purse. It’s chic, gorgeous and definitely going on my Christmas list!

What accessory are you a sucker for? I think mine has to be scarves or earrings!

Lush Lord Of Misrule Shower Cream – £16.50

The Body Shop Vitamin C Glow Protect Lotion SPF 30 – £15

The Body Shop Himalayan Charcoal Purifying Glow Mask – £17

Mario Badescu Drying Lotion – £16

Frank Body Original Coffee Scrub – £12.95

The Body Shop Vanilla Pumpkin Body Butter – £15

The Body Shop Drops Of Youth Liquid Peel – £18

The Body Shop glow lotion sounds like just what I need to protect my skin from harmful UV rays and pollution, whilst giving me that glow from within, as I use a range of matte base makeup that can leave my skin looking a bit dull. Everybody and their Mother has been talking about the Mario Badescu drying lotion and I am certain I need it in my life! My blemishes are stubborn so I need a miracle worker to blitz them away, and from the reviews I’ve heard, this little bottle is my man. I adore The Body Shop body butter formula, add a Halloween scent to the mix and I am sold!

I think I love skincare nearly as much as I love Fridays!

What is your favourite skincare brand? Are you a cleanse and moisture kind of gal or do you go the full hog? My skincare routine is definitely excessive!

Stationery & Tech Wishlist

Stationery & technology are two of my biggest loves, to me there’s nothing better than having up to date gadgets and stationery almost too pretty to use.

Wilko Unearthed Cork Notebook A4 – £3

Zoella This Is Your Year Desk Calendar – £10

Canon Powershot G7X Mark II – £539

Swarovski Crystalline Stardust Rose Gold Plated Ballpoint Pen – £25

Paperchase Get Organised Desktop Accessory Jars – £4

Jade & Deer Blue Charging Pom Pom Charm – £12.99

Starbucks X Skinnydip Pumpkin Charm Case – £18

The Canon G7X is a staple for any vlogger, especially during vlogmas, however I have just upgraded to the iPhone 7 plus so hopefully my vlogging game will up this year anyway! The G7X is still my camera goals though… How innovative is a charging pom pom? A backup power supply for your phone and an easy way to find your keys in your bag – a double whammy if you ask me. The Starbucks X Skinnydip case is just autumn goals, a bit on the pricey side, but worth it because I’d probably use it all year round as I am autumn obsessed!

Stay tuned for tomorrow’s post all about lust worthy skincare…

Are you a stationery or technology lover? What’s the one product that you buy so many of that you really don’t need? Mine is notebooks!

A/W Scent Candle Wishlist

Myself and pretty much everybody I know are partial to a nice candle, whether you prefer sweet or fresh, spicy or fruity – there’s a scent for everyone. Candles are amazing all year round, but they really come alive during A/W, they add a cosy ambience that nothing else can provide.

I’m obsessed with candles – I currently have 5 in one room… Creating this wish list was a doddle as I already have a list as long as my arm of scents that I’m pining for.

Lily Flame Christmas Day – £8.95

Bath & Body Works Campfire Donut – $24.50

Zoella Lifestyle Festive Cookie – £12.50

Bath & Body Works Spiced Apple Toddy – $24.50

Yankee Candle All Is Bright – £23.99

Yankee Candle Autumn Glow – £23.99

The White Company Winter Signature – £20

Yankee Candle and Bath & Body Works are both brands notorious for their scents, it’s needless to say that they were going to be on my wish list, if Bath & Body Works were easier to get hold of it is certain I would be poor. Zoella candles I have actually found to be really good, the scent is lovely plus strong and the packaging this year has had a massive glow up!

Today is day 3 of wish list week, I really hope you’re enjoying it as much as I am, I will link Monday and Tuesday’s posts if you’ve missed them!

Let me know what your favourite scent for candles are… My perfect scent is cinnamon gingerbread, not too sweet, a perfect balance to contrast the spice.

Cosy Autumn Loungewear Wishlist

Is there anything better than curling up with a hot chocolate, watching autumnal youtube videos or binge watching your favourite Netflix series? No, unless you add cosy and adorable loungewear into the mix, then a duvet day becomes 10x better.

Primark Girl Power Sweater – £8

Primark Satin PJ Set – £12

Next Sheepy Snuggle Slippers – £14

Next Pink Embroidered Sweat Top – £28

Next Berry Diamond Soft Touch Top – £20

Next Patch Boot Slippers – £22

Next Reindeer All In One – £36

All these pieces are from either Primark or Next as they are my staple shops for cosy loungewear and pyjamas. Next are exceptional quality, as are Primark, but with a more affordable price tag.

Next are killing it with their loungewear this A/W, but I’m particularly fond of the reindeer onesie and the slipper boots, which are definitely made for me with that colour scheme! Silk pyjamas are a popular trend this year, but the price tag often deters people away – with this primark pair coming in at £12, they’re affordable enough to buy yourself and all your girlfriends a pair.

Let me know what your staple cosy outfit is… A dressing gown? Fluffy pyjamas?

New In Makeup Wishlist

Creating wish lists is a cruel but lustful process – looking at products you love, creating an image with all of them, writing why you would like to own each of them… then not being able to purchase a single one. When your bank balance is £0.41, it’s unlikely that these will be on their way, otherwise my overdraft would be screaming at me!

Humour aside, I absolutely love creating wish lists and reading them too. The creative process behind them is really enjoyable to me which makes me think my destined career path is a product selector for a magazine!

I’ll quit the rambling and tell you what my 7 hot new in makeup products are that I am lusting over and think you will be too.

Jeffree Star Cosmetics Eclipse Skin Frost – £25.50

Huda Beauty Desert Dusk Palette – £56

Too Faced Primed & Peachy Cooling Matte Perfecting Primer – $32

Bourjois Rouge Velvet Magni-Fig Lipstick – £8.99

Stila Magnificent Metals Rose Gold Retro Liquid Eyeshadow – £23

I don’t think I have to say much about these products as they’ve been all over social media lately so you probably recognise most of them.

I’m obsessing over the new Bourjois lipsticks as the colours are stunning and the formula is velvet with incredible staying power. Everybody and their mothers are hyping over the new Stila liquid eyeshadows and for good reason as they look incredible! I wasn’t swooning over the Huda beauty rose gold palette but the desert dusk palette has my knees wobbly. The shades are so perfect for my taste and the pressed glitters look like a dream.

Stay tuned for another wish list post tomorrow as I’m doing a wish list week running Monday to Sunday.

7 posts of wish list goodness, products I’m lusting over from all different categories, be prepared for the cosiest post tomorrow of all the loungewear I wish could be mine!

Let me know what swoon worthy makeup product is at the top of your wish list…

Urban Decay Liquid Moondust Eyeshadows

Today I thought I would share with you a cheeky splurge I made on the new (ish?) Urban Decay liquid moondust eyeshadows. Two of them were bought on a Debenhams gift card so that makes it justifiable.. right?!

img_4999

In a nutshell, they are metallic liquid eyeshadows that set down and do not budge. They retail for £15 and come in 8 shades. I have the shades magnetic (purple), solstice (pink which reflects teal) and zodiac (green).

The formula is quite thin but opaque, personally I do layer up to get the intensity I desire, but you can easily wear them on an everyday basis or for a more glam look as well.

My personal favourite so far is solstice, I think its because its so different from anything else I’ve seen. I’ve paired it before with a bright teal in the crease and it makes the teal specks pop and reflect beautifully. Maybe I should do a tutorial on the look I created for my youtube channel?

Have you already got any shades in the range? Or are you lusting over any?
